Group Counseling
Group Counseling
Group counseling is provided in a safe and comfortable and supportive atmosphere. Participating in a group for counseling is just as beneficial and effective as individual counseling. For many, it offers a sense of togetherness, reduces ideas of aloneness in suffering, and may reduce isolation and alienation.
At Emboldened Psychological Services, we offer educational and counseling groups that are tailored to the specific needs of the client, to help facilitate growth and understanding.
