Relax to Relate Self Esteem Day Camp for teen girls
This uplifting day camp is designed to help teen girls discover ways to manage anxious emotions while building confidence, strengthening friendship skills, and setting healthy boundaries. Through mindfulness activities, engaging discussions, and fun group exercises, participants will learn how to boost self-esteem, communicate effectively, and embrace their authentic selves. Join us for a weekend of self-discovery, empowerment, and connection!
Relax to Relate Self Esteem Day Camp for Teen Girls is a 2-day weekend camp program that runs 2 consecutive days:
Saturday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm &
Sunday from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
at our EPS office each day

9:00 am - 9:30 am Participant Check-In
9:30 am - 10:00 am Breakfast (provided)
10:00 am - 10:30 am Stretch and focus
10:30 am - 11:30 am Self-Esteem focused
11:30 am - 12:00 pm Lunch (participant brings their own lunch; no peanut content)
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Body Image
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Music
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm Emotion regulation
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm Participant Check-out

Relax to Relate Day Camp Registration Fees:
$300 per teen.
Rate includes breakfast, snacks, supplies, & priceless opportunity to develop life skills and boost self-confidence.
We offer 2 convenient ways to pay:
Option 1: $270
Paying balance in full at the time of registration and receive 10% discount
Option 2: $300
Paying $100 non refundable deposit at time of registration and balance 24 hours before camp start time.
