With individual or couples counseling you have the opportunity to talk with a licensed therapist who will provide an objective perspective to help guide you to solutions that will best fit your goals and ideal life plan.

Counseling sessions last 45-50 minutes and can be in person or virtually over the computer. All services are confidential (unless required to report by law). We are in network with BCBS, BCN, Healthy Michigan BC Complete, Meridian, and Mclaren. We also offer low cash pay rates for current college students and sliding scale for cash paying adults.
